Palm Tree House

Palm Tree House is a lovely holiday home situated in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in the heart of Pennington. It could be an ideal option for a peaceful holiday with family and friends as the property spoils with an expansive swimming pool area for full relaxation.

This property can accommodate a total of 12 guests at a time and comprises 3 self-catering apartments that are all booked together. Each apartment comprises 2 bedrooms that are each furnished with a king-size bed. All 6 bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom fitted with either a shower or a bath and shower. Linen is provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

Additionally, each apartment has an open-plan living area that features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as a breakfast bar with stools. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating, and a flat-screen TV with selected DStv channels. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.

The property has an expansive wooden deck with a sparkling lap pool, sun loungers and braai facilities. Secure parking is also available for guests’ vehicles with 24-hour security on the property.

There is also a pool table and Jacuzzi.

The location of this estate is right next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants. During load shedding and water outages, there is a backup generator as well as a JoJo tank.
