Aloe Ridge

Aloe Ridge is a stunning self-catering villa with modern features located in the secure Eden Rock Forest Estate in Pennington. It is tastefully decorated and ideal for discerning guests looking for a comfortable break in this seaside town from the hustle and bustle of the city.

This double-storey villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features a walk-in closet as well as an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, while the third contains a queen-size bed. These 2 rooms share the second bathroom which has a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy lounge space with comfy seating and a flat-screen TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the villa.

This living area has stacking doors that open up onto a patio with outdoor seating, sunbeds, braai facilities, and a sparkling swimming pool (not fenced) where guests can cool off while fully admiring the views, and a Jacuzzi. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property behind a remote-controlled gate. The estate is located next to Selborne Golf Club and is within close proximity to the beach and restaurants.

Invertor and a JoJo tank is. available for load shedding and water shortages.
